Sarah is an entrepreneur with 30+ years of business experience in training and coaching sales professionals and their managers.

Building on her knowledge of the selling process, she assists her clients to build competencies in prospecting, interviewing, sales presentations, closing, account development and territory management. Her work with sales managers focuses on implementing action steps necessary to building a strong sales team.

Sarah's success results from her pragmatic approach to coaching sales personnel and managers at all levels. Through her experience and knowledge she helps her clients to improve their sales performance from day one.

As an entrepreneur and owner of a highly successful consulting firm, Sarah has helped more than 20 financial institutions develop sales cultures in their organizations. Sarah has also held positions as a Director of Human Resources and with Forum Corporation as a Senior Consultant, winning the firm's "Chairman Award" for the "greatest overall contribution to the firm" in 2001.
