Manon Sabourin

Fascinated by the development of tomorrow’s leaders, Manon Sabourin uses her strong business background and her business performance approach to coaching leaders and managers in advancing their careers. Her approach is to help them develop pragmatic solutions to issues, achievable plans to work on their leadership behaviours and find their authentic leadership style.
Manon Sabourin served in senior management positions for over 15 years at prestigious multinational corporations such as Johnson & Johnson and GlaxoSmithKline. It was in these companies, renowned for their talent development and management training structures, that Manon honed her skills and became a seasoned manager and coach. She held a variety of positions in the pharmaceutical industry—in sales, training and human resources. She has also managed teams of medical representatives and managers.
Manon was a key participant in the development and implementation of an innovative and unique project called PRIISME (Programme de gestion optimale de maladies chroniques or program for optimal management of chronic disease). This project has been lauded by the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services as a visionary example of public-private sector partnership. As part of this project, Manon successfully managed multi-disciplinary healthcare system teams charged with reducing costs associated with chronic illness.
Over the last ten years, Madame Sabourin has had the privilege of personally coaching senior executives as well as emerging young talent to help them advance their careers. In addition to her vast network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare system, Manon Sabourin has carved a reputation for listening attentively, asking the right questions and taking a direct and straightforward approach to constructive feedback that bolsters clients and rapidly builds confidence in the coaching relationship.
Manon is fluently bilingual in English and in French.
