Claire Carver-Dias

Claire Carver-Dias is an executive coach and communications consultant with ten years of corporate presentation experience. She specializes in goal setting, assessments, and team and individual effectiveness, using her experience as an Olympian and business owner to help corporate groups and executives achieve their business goals.
Claire has provided marketing and communications services to a variety of clients including RBC Financial Group, Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton, Synchro Canada, Laurentian University, Coaching Association of Canada, and Canadian Olympic Committee. In Claire’s work with RBC she delivered customized workshops and motivational presentations to executives and clients on topics such as leadership, teambuilding, partnering for success, and goal setting. She has also worked with entrepreneurs on strategies to energize and expand their businesses.
Prior to her business career, Claire had a fifteen year high performance sport career in synchronized swimming that earned her an Olympic bronze medal, two Commonwealth Games gold medals, two Pan American Games gold medals, and over thirty international medals.
Claire is bilingual and a published writer. She has held several board positions, including as a director on the Coaching Association of Canada board, and as Chair of AthletesCAN. She has a B.A. with distinction from the University of Toronto and a M.A. in English from McGill University.
