Our Business Experience Comes First
We are business people first, coaches second. We coach from a base of knowledge about business generally and about your business specifically. Our coaches are selected to join IMPACT based on their experience in corporate environments and/or running their own businesses. All IMPACT Coaches are passionate about business and about helping people. As coaches, we continually learn and grow sharpening our business and coaching skills.
The Quality of Our Coaching
Our coaching model helps us make an IMPACT. We gather data through assessments and interviews and distill that data down to clear, simple and actionable issues or opportunities. We contract with our clients to define a small number of clear coaching objectives that both coach and client agree to. We often work with people around our clients to aid our client’s success. This can include their leadership teams, their direct reports and/or their bosses. We are direct and caring and we do not shy from taking risks and having tough conversations.
All IMPACT Coaches are full time coaches with differing areas of expertise. We don’t coach part-time. We take our craft seriously.
Thought Leadership and Technology to Support Our Coaching
Coaching is simply another way to learn. At IMPACT, it is not enough just to ask you tough questions, we also provide our clients with the leading thinking on the issues that they are working on.
We have an IMPACT Encyclopedia that we continually update with new material and we use that material to coach our clients. We also have an IMPACT LinkedIn Group. The IMPACT Encyclopedia and our IMPACT LinkedIn group are available over the web to all IMPACT clients.
At IMPACT we embrace new technology and use it to better coach our clients. Each coaching client has an IMPACT Online Coaching File. The file is secure and confidential. We use each Online Coaching file to track all of our work together. The file is shared with the client and the client has the option to invite others to view or use the file. Clients often return to us after taking a hiatus. When they do, we pick up where we left off.
