Situational Coaching
Situational Coaching is designed to provide an individual employee with short-term support in addressing a particular situation or challenge relating to their work. The employee benefits from the experience of an executive coach and external, confidential sounding board. The employee builds their skills in handling a specific type of situation and can immediately put into action the discussed solution.
The organization benefits by knowing the situation was addressed effectively, and where appropriate risk managed and retention enhanced. Organizations also receive regular reports on the types of situations addressed.
Interactions are short (1-3 discussions) and specific to the situation.
