Structured One-on-One Coaching
This form of coaching is the most common and is most frequently used for business unit leaders or high potential employees as they prepare to take on additional responsibilities. It can also be used to help a talented employee correct small but important development issues, such as people management, influencing skills, organizing skills, and communications habits.
Leadership Coaching follows our IMPACT coaching model and is tightly managed to ensure that the leader meets his or her coaching objectives and that the organization’s objectives are also met. Most leadership coaching assignments last 7- 12 months.
