Assessments
Understanding your current situation is critical to progressing toward an effective coaching strategy. It is extremely important to have a clear idea of your areas of weakness and strength to ensure you’re focusing on improving and developing in the right areas.
An assessment can give you an accurate and detailed measure at the outset of a coaching relationship, that will allow you to gauge exactly how coaching has changed your situation. During and after the coaching engagement, looking back at the assessment will help you determine whether the approach taken is the right one, and whether your investment in coaching was a wise one.
This is why assessments are an important part of our tool set at IMPACT. We use a wide-range of assessment approaches to get to the bottom of things before, during and after your time with us. Some of the assessment tools we use are time-tested industry standard tools, and others are custom approaches tailored to fit with your existing business processes.
