Assessing and Developing your Organizational Effectiveness
At IMPACT we have a great deal of organizational experience and we are passionate about helping people be more effective. People are more effective when organizations are structured in a way that encourages motivation. We are experts in motivation.
We will work with clients to assess your current organizational structures and systems. We’ll help you determine which human resource systems and processes are working well to support motivation and which ones are not.
We use the same three stage approach we use for most things –including coaching (data collection, analysis, and strategy creation). The organizational strategy we create will be one we create with you and it will pinpoint the systems you really need to keep and those that need changing or eliminating.
