I just wanted to share a piece of good news with you. I won a proposal today. I wrote the proposal myself... went over the next day to do a walk-through with the CFO and won the work. I'm pretty sure I owe a part of that little success to you and your coaching!!
It took a couple of weeks to get everything finalized, and I'm still working out my last day here, but I will be starting the new job in August. Thanks a lot for your help – I found our last discussion very helpful as I thought through everything and made my decision.

I tried to talk to my boss about a promotion twice before in the past, but could never go through with it, then you and I talked and set my goals and I knew I had to do it, and I think I finally went through with it because I committed to you that I would.
