Peer or Team Coaching

Peer Coaching is a strategy used to assist groups of employees with similar objectives (managers, high potentials, new leaders, women leaders) or challenges (business development, team building, work/life balance) to become increasingly effective at their roles. Peer coaching is most commonly offered at the manager and above level.

Team coaching is literally coaching a team.  Team coaching follows our IMPACT coaching model (assessment, contracting, coaching conversations, evaluation).  Team coaching happens in team meetings over an extended time period.
