One-on-one coaching can help you hone in on and define development objectives, target specific issues, brainstorm new approaches and prepare for new or challenging situations. It is personalized, relevant and effective.

IMPACT offers one-on-one coaching centred on specific areas of focus, in order to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Executive Coaching

This type of coaching is usually for the most senior level roles in an organization. The coach acts as an objective third party allowing the leader a format for flushing out situations and creating strategies for dealing with the day-to-day challenges of leading the organization.

Career Management Coaching

Career Management Coaching is most effective for senior employees who are in transition or would like to make a career change.

Accountability Coach

Sometimes all clients need is someone to keep them on track to meet their development objectives. An accountability coach can help an individual set up a plan and get started on it. As the individual pursues his/her objectives, the coach will check in along the way to provide encouragement, resources, feedback, and to keep the client moving forward.

Communications Coaching

Communications Coaching is coaching focused on helping you take all aspects of your communications to the next level.

Situational Coaching

Situational Coaching is designed to provide an individual employee with short-term support in addressing a particular situation or challenge relating to their work.

Coaching for Women

This type of coaching is focused on giving women employees the tools and confidence needed to escape ‘sticky floor’ syndrome.

Business Development and Networking Coaching

The rainmakers of professional services firms earn more money, garner more respect and get promoted more often. But how do you develop business when you aren’t a natural sales person and delivery of client work keeps you very busy? Whether you are a senior manager wanting to be promoted or a partner under pressure to grow managed revenue, business development coaching can give you the skills, strategies and tactics you need to build internal and external relationships, land larger and more profitable accounts, and become more comfortable developing business.

Within 3 months of starting this coaching program, you will be more comfortable marketing yourself, you’ll have a bigger internal and external network of opportunities, and you will be on track to increase your revenue and profitability.

New Leader Coaching

New Leader Coaching will assist new leaders in strengthening the appropriate competencies, flushing out situations and creating strategies for dealing with the day-to-day challenges of leading.

Coaching for High Potentials

Coaching that will ensure your company’s up-and-comers have the tools, confidence—and vote of confidence—they need to succeed and solidify the success of your organization.

This variety of coaching is designed to help employees with performance issues (assessment work is advised before start of coaching relationship if the issues are unidentified,) find their footing and reach new heights of professional performance.

What our clients
are really saying
about us...

"While I was a bit reticent and first, and even felt embarrassed that I was in need of a business coach after being 25 years into my career, I think almost anyone could benefit from a coach, and especially in a case like mine where the expectations of leadership for my business performance changed fairly dramatically and quickly."

"I find my way of doing business has fundamentally changed, and I have seen some great results from that."

"Your coaching style is a perfect blend of sound advice, persistence, and real concern for your coachees."

"I really appreciated the opportunity to review office matters and get your views on the more contentious items. Your ability to provide valuable suggestions simply during the course of general conversation was definitely a plus. Also, as I mentioned earlier, in many cases I just needed a “kick in the pants” to complete a task that I knew had to get done and you were a pretty good “kicker”. Thanks for the help and confirmation that I was generally on the right track."

"Hi Sandra, Great message! I kept it to read because your newsletters are always high quality. When you get so many junk emails a week – you have to pick and choose which ones are worth reading."

"Sophie, many thanks for your attention to detail and the thoughtfulness you've put into this. It's a pleasure to work with you."

"I am happy with my progress as partner but still struggle with people side and patience. Getting better and increased self awareness. And you changed my view on executive coaches…I tell non believers this all the time when I was going through my gender issue."

"Hi Claire, I enjoyed the meeting today and found it very valuable. Thanks for the article!"

"I saw your handiwork all over my staff members' preparation and participation in my meeting with him today. I am very encouraged."

"I would like you to know that Lisa has been a great counselor. Your recommendation was bang on. She has helped me greatly. I had no sense of how I approach this new stage in my career. I know have a focus, a direction and a plan. Still lots of work to do, but I can see a path."

"I won! ...wanted to let you know right away... you have been a big help to me through this process. Now our work really begins."

"I nailed this interview. And without looking at my notes. Thanks again."

"Thanks again for the time you spent with me today. Your insight was amazing and I really appreciated your candour."

"I did it!!! I've been appointed as a partner!!! I would like to thank you for the support provided over the last year. I realized a lot of things in terms of career management and I will definitively be a better coach for other talented women. "

"You're a big part of my success..."

"The hard work has paid off! Thank you so much!!!!"

"...thank you for the voicemail on the change in role. I'm excited about this. And thanks for your support and contribution over the last couple of years. It has been significant, and appreciated."

"It took a couple of weeks to get everything finalized, and I'm still working out my last day here, but I will be starting the new job in August. Thanks a lot for your help – I found our last discussion very helpful as I thought through everything and made my decision."

"The 5 year plan discussion went really well, thank you for your advice. I outlined the process (set the goals, identify the route to get there, addressed our requirements to take that route)... and have asked the other board members to think that whole process through. Many thanks for assisting us - so much appreciated!"

"I would like to thank you again for answering lots of my questions yesterday, and your information is so valuable for me. You are just like my dream role model who is both successful at the career side and the family side. I am really interested in learning these special skills from you…"

"...three times in the one hour conversation, she referred to the benefits of her coaching sessions with you. You obviously made an impression, as she is not one to distribute praise flippantly. Thanks for your help."
