Nice Girls Don’t Ask

Here's another article on gender inequality in the workplace. This article focuses specifically on wages, and why women typically earn less than men and on women's underrepresentation in the 'top jobs'.

Although not the first to point this out, the authors say that women do not negotiate as hard or as much as men do and use some empirical data to support their point.
