Assessing Transition Readiness
This is a simple little free assessment that all leaders should use to determine how well their organization is managing change. There are only 25 questions. The assessment tells you how well you are helping individuals work through change. Culture changes occur one person at a time. As more individuals successfully work through change, the organization changes.
