For the last 10 years, she has worked successfully with professional service organizations to foster productive internal career-management philosophies, and talent-management tactics; and employs a practical approach to assist individuals in positioning themselves strategically to best achieve their professional goals.
Prior to her career as a certified coach, Sophie worked for 13 years in Senior Human Resource positions in the technology, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. Sophie holds a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Psychology (Concordia University), and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching (Royal Roads University). She is certified to administer psychometric assessments including the Birkman Method, the Myers Briggs Indicator and the Team Management Profile.
