With 20 years of executive coaching experience under her belt, Rose has a long track record of helping top level executives and their teams define and attain their goals—she assists them in learning how to articulate their message, focus on their strengths, and build bonds with both internal and external stakeholders. Rose has experience in executive coaching, leadership development, team building, organizational change, and employee and customer engagement.
And she knows how to run a successful business as well. Rose founded Ntuitive Consulting in Toronto and co-founded three other companies including an executive search firm, a software and services organization and a customer experience management company. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (University of Toronto), she is a Certified Coach, is also certified in psychometric assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I and Step II), FIRO-B, DiSC and JPI, and is fluent in both French and English.
