She brings her straight-forward approach to each coaching relationship, helping leaders clearly define and achieve their goals. She is a certified coach with extensive experience in management consulting, learning and development, and operational roles. As a coach, Jennifer has worked with clients across a variety of industries, assisting them in the development of greater self-awareness, increased confidence and enhanced problem-solving skills.
This experienced coach holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Queen’s University) and a certificate in adult training and development (Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, University of Toronto). She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
