Through an athletic career that culminated in an Olympic medal, Claire developed a keen understanding of what it takes to be a high performing individual and team. She has applied this knowledge to her work in the financial sector, professional services, sport and not-for-profit industries, coaching senior teams and individuals towards greater effectiveness.
She also possesses over ten years of experience as a professional speaker, writer and communications consultant, and uses this experience to help her coaching clients build confidence in their ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
Claire has held several board positions, including as a director on the Coaching Association of Canada board, and holds a M.A. in English (McGill University). She is also certified in delivering the Team Management Profile, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and FIRO-B psychometric assessments.
