The Foundations of Great Leadership
As an executive coach I have had the good fortune of coaching many leaders throughout various stages of their careers—some of whom have risen through the ranks to run companies. I have noticed in each of these leaders distinctive foundational traits that separate them from other leaders I have coached. I call these traits foundational because they are core to a leader’s personality.
